Reads fresh visual context from the active engineering canvas
01 // Private preview
A secure desktop AI workbench that brings model choice, live canvas context and controlled computer use into structural engineering and CAD workflows. The engineer stays responsible for the result.
Answer first
Structura is the working layer between an engineer’s intent, a chosen AI model and the CAD or engineering application already in use. It reads the active visual context, proposes a bounded plan, runs only the approved route and then checks fresh evidence.
It is designed for accountable professional work: the plan is visible, computer use can be stopped, connectors are reviewed and completion requires more than a model’s assertion.
Inspect // plan // execute // verify
Each stage has a distinct job. Inspection grounds the run in the current canvas. Planning makes the intended scope explicit. Execution uses the selected connector or bounded computer-use path. Verification asks for fresh evidence before completion.
Reads fresh visual context from the active engineering canvas
Turns a request into a visible, bounded action plan
Runs approved connector or computer-use actions locally
Checks fresh evidence before reporting completion
Provider and data boundaries
Supported routes include Google Vertex AI, OpenAI API, xAI, Mistral, Ollama, MadeVia-hosted AI (plan credits). Bring-your-own provider credentials are stored through the operating-system keychain and those prompts go directly to the selected provider. Plans with MadeVia AI credits can also use MadeVia-hosted models, metered against the organisation allowance.
The MadeVia edge service handles organisation accounts, subscription state, AI credit balance and licence authorisation. It does not receive CAD drawings or project screenshots through the licence service.
Google sign-in is an optional account method. MadeVia requests only the standard OpenID identity details needed to identify the user: provider subject, name and verified email. It does not request Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar or Microsoft 365 content.
Plans
Structura is sold like Cursor for CAD: the subscription unlocks the desktop workbench. Practices can bring their own provider keys, or choose a plan that includes monthly MadeVia AI credits for hosted models. Pricing excludes VAT. The 7-day free trial requires a card upfront.

No. Structura supports workflow tasks, but the engineer and their practice remain responsible for calculations, standards, checking, decisions and deliverables.
Bring-your-own provider prompts and images go directly from the desktop to the AI provider you select. Optional MadeVia-hosted AI on credit plans is metered against your organisation allowance. MadeVia receives account and licence checks; the licence service does not receive project screenshots, prompts, provider tokens or model responses.
Plans are Practice (£49/seat, BYO providers), Practice + AI (£49 plus £20 MadeVia AI credits), and Premium (£129 plus £100 MadeVia AI credits), excluding VAT, with a seven-day free trial.
